Transportation
We use only modern, high-quality long-distance coaches. All necessary empty runs, driver
accommodation, and meals during the tour are included.
- In one week, a driver may not exceed 5 days of 12 hours and 2 days of 14 hours on duty.
- In one day, a driver may not drive for more than 9 hours.
- Each driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest daily.
Accommodation & Tour Conditions
- Prices are based on Superior Class hotels.
- Tour timings will be maintained strictly.
- The daily itinerary may be subject to last-minute changes due to local situations.
- The company is not responsible for natural calamities or last-minute cancellations

- Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.

- Airline advance payments and deductions, once processed, are non-refundable.

Air Ticket Policy
- After booking of flight tickets, no refund will be provided in case of cancellation for any reason.

- Passengers wishing to travel earlier or extend their stay may do so at an additional cost.

- Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Visa Issuing Authorities and we cannot be held responsible nor can we interfere in any way in that matter.
- It is understood by the client that he/she cannot make or raise any action demand or claim against Oasis Tours (India) Pvt. Ltd or its employees, or Directors and shall also indemnify Oasis Tours (India) Pvt. Ltd if any claim, or action direct or indirect is brought by any of its’ tour participants or party claiming to represent the client/ tour participant, shall always keep Oasis Tours (India) Pvt. Ltd or its employees & Directors fully indemnified against any such claims howsoever caused.
- Any increase or fluctuations in the cost of Airline or ground services or foreign exchange component will affect the overall cost of the tour for which the Company cannot be held responsible.
